1. You will receive a 10-year Social Visit Pass and Multiple-Entry Visa.

2. After 10 years, it is guaranteed renewable if you didn’t violate the laws & rules of Malaysia.

3. During these 10 years, you are free to stay in Malaysia and travel as often as you like.

4. You can import your car or purchase a new car (CKD) tax-free. It is a great saving up to 33%.

5. Going school children will be giving student pass to further their study at international colleges and universities.

6. Bring in a maid from your country of origin to Malaysia after the approval.

7. You can be an investor and own businesses in Malaysia. You can invest through purchase houses.

* For certain area in Sarawak, is RM350, 000 (USD100,000) and above
* For the state of Pulau Pinang, Melaka and Johor, is RM250, 000 (USD71,500) and above
* For other states, is RM150, 000 (USD43,000) and above

8. For housing loan, you can obtain up to 80% as compare to normal 60% for foreign applicants (subject to credibility).

9. No need to obtain Foreign Investment Committee (FIC) approval for purchasing properties in Malaysia.

10. Overseas income is not taxable in Malaysia. Under this programme, for those countries has a `double taxation agreement’ with Malaysia, your private pension fund remitted to Malaysia is exempted from tax if you stayed more than 182 days in Malaysia.

11. Long-term social visit pass for parents above 60 years old.
